Welcome to the
GRAND ISLAND SNOWMOBILE CLUB
The Grand Island Snowmobile Club is a devoted group of volunteer snowmobile enthusiasts dedicated to the promotion of our sport. We are responsible for the design, maintenance and grooming of 17 miles of snowmobile trails around our scenic "Grand" Island, N.Y. Our trail system currently meanders around 1/2 of the Island; along portions of Beaver Island and Buckhorn State Parks and the West branch of the Mighty Niagara River. Our trail system claims State trail C-6, accessing all services on Grand Island. Club members volunteer their time to build, clear & mark trails in the Fall, groom trails in the Winter and removing all stakes and signs in the Spring. Without the time and energy of our volunteer club members, the sport of snowmobiling would not be what it is today.
